Description

Organic rosé wine with a unique flavour, capable of giving the taster the authentic flavor of Abruzzo.

Commercial name: Tenuta Rosburgo Organic Cerasuolo d’Abruzzo DOC.

Product nature: Rosé wine of controlled origin, 100% organic, obtained from the vineyards of our estate, in the heart of Abruzzo, between Roseto and Morro d’Oro.

Grapes: 100% Montepulciano

Cultivation system: rows

Harvest period: second ten days of September

Harvest: the harvest is carried out manually and the transfer takes place in small boxes

Crushing: separation of the stems and non-energetic pressing to respect the integrity of the grapes

Winemaking: the crushed grapes are subjected to soft pressing. The must obtained is decanted in steel barrels.

Fermentation: fermentation is spontaneous, with indigenous yeasts, at a controlled temperature of 16° C.

Maturation: before bottling it rests for 6 months in steel.

Alcohol content: 12.5%

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

Cherry pink colour.

On the nose , pleasant, delicately vinous, fruity, fine and intense.

Floral and fruity with notes of red berries and fresh fruits that give softness and freshness at the same time. Full body, velvety and spicy hints in the finish

Accompanies mixed appetizers , raw meat salads, medium-aged cheeses, tasty fish soups, stewed or roasted lamb.
